Pet Screen Lunch Tote — SewMichelle

This is my latest creation using vinyl coated pet screen(working on a tutorial for this project).  It's smaller than my other screen totes ~ wouldn't it make an adorable lunch bag for a teacher?  The cute apple is from Sew Inspired by Bonnie's fruit appliques.  I used her strawberry applique on one of my Ziploc baggie covers.  The designs are perfect for these projects and stitch out very well.

  • Oh, wow. Been waiting for soemthing to do with my additional yardage of Outside Oslo… I think I might figure out how to work the diamond into some placemats! Cool. Or maybe I need a bag. Or both!

  • This is a great idea! Can you wash the ziploc baggie and reuse?

  • Mandy,

I have never tried to wash the ziploc bag with a cover on it but I bet you could just rinse it out and let it drip dry.
