Screen Cosmetic Bag Tutorial

I told someone that I would get a tutorial out on using the pet screen to make this tote bag many months ago and I feel terrible that I haven't done it yet! It's too complicated to go into the reasons why it is taking me so long, but I thought I would give you the screen cosmetic bag to try and make up for it.....so Tara, this one is for you :>)

First, I LOVE your things. You are one exceptionally talented lady. I can’t seem to find the tote bag tutorial. I see the newest tutorial but it’s the cosmetic bag. Is it just me? Can you point me in the right direction please.
